For many years John has had a leering skeleton at his childhood home in Somonauk. We decided to make one for our home in West Chicago as well. 2022 gave birth to “Bartholomew” our leering skeleton who sits upon a columbarium memorializing both himself and his wife who both died on the same night.
The death date is taken from local West Chicago history. It seems he and his wife went to go look at the new rail junction and met an untimely end. He is now ever vigilant, looking for anything that might be lurking in the dark.
